COVID-19

Our programs are open and running, with enhanced safety and sanitizing standards. Our incredible staff have been essential workers throughout the pandemic, and continue to be an inspiration. But we maintain vigilence and continue to restrict access our program sites. Please note that access to residential and detox is solely through the south door of 1237 California St., and no visitors are allowed. When an individual is approved to come in, please wear a mask and use sanitizer.

At Empire Outpatient, access is limited to the west side door facing Chestnut Street. Again, no visitors are allowed, and clients must be screened, and wear masks during all service provision. Online, telehealth individual and group services may be arranged by calling 530-244-7074, or reaching out to Empire Outpatient Services online and on Facebook and Instagram.

We join with our entire community in working together to reduce the potential hazards for infection, while providing services that are necessary during these challenging times. As a behavioral health program we must abide by current 2022-2023 California Department of Health mandates, which continue to require masking, screening, and ongoing safety and sanitizing standards. Thank you for recognizing the need for these precautions.
