Our Leadership

The Empire Hotel Alcohol Rehabilitation, Inc., (EHARC, Inc.), dba Empire Recovery Center, Inc., is a non-profit agency whose purpose is to provide substance use disorder treatment opportunities through a continuum of services, including short-term detoxification, residential, and outpatient treatment programs. Our programs use evidence-based emphases, social model, peer-group programs (AA, NA, Alanon), alumni, and family groups.

Empire Recovery CenterĀ ERC is a non-profit corporation governed by a community represented, all-volunteer Board of Directors and is staffed by qualified professionals, alumni, and volunteers who help maintain a supportive environment and provide recovery opportunities. The Board of Directors of the Empire Recovery Center meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Our next meeting is Tuesday, April 28,2022, at 6:00 pm. Due to COVID, our board meetings are hybrid (via zoom and in person) until further notice. The board meets at our outpatient facility located at 1616 West St., Redding, CA.

Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker is Ms. Michaele Brown.

Our Medical Director is Paul Scipione, MD.
