Our Leadership

The Empire Hotel Alcohol Rehabilitation, Inc., (EHARC, Inc.), dba Empire Recovery Center, Inc., is a non-profit agency whose purpose is to provide substance use disorder treatment opportunities through a continuum of services, including short-term detoxification, residential, and outpatient treatment programs. Our programs use evidence-based emphases, social model, peer-group programs (AA, NA, Alanon), alumni, and family groups.

Empire Recovery Center ERC is a non-profit corporation governed by a community- represented, all-volunteer Board of Directors and is staffed by qualified professionals, alumni, and volunteers who help maintain a supportive environment and provide recovery opportunities. Our board includes the following community members:

The Board of Directors of the Empire Recovery Center meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Our next meeting is Tuesday,March 27 at 6:00 pm. Our board meetings are hybrid (via zoom and in person) until further notice. The board meets at our outpatient facility located at 1616 West St., Redding, CA. 96001

Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker is Ms. Michaele Brown.

Our Medical Director is Doug McMillan MD.
